Leon's Terms & Conditions — fully in English

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between leon ("Platform", "we", "leon") and each individual who uses the Platform ("Member", "you"). By registering on leon or using the Platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Leon is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. We offer betting on cricket, football, tennis, and other sports, as well as online casino games. These terms have been prepared in English and apply to users in Bangladesh.

To open an account with leon, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Please keep the following in mind when registering:

• Each person may only hold One account can open.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• To update the name, date of birth, or phone number provided at registration, please contact our support team for assistance.
• Account login credentials (password, PIN) must not be shared with anyone.
• Account transfers or sales are strictly prohibited.

Minimum age to register on Leon 18 years. This is a legal obligation and we comply with it strictly.

We may request any one of the following documents at any time to verify your age:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete. If an account is found to belong to a minor, all winnings will be voided and only the original deposit amount may be returned.

Leon currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum Single Deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000
• The payment method used for deposits must match the method used for withdrawals.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — the mobile number used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

KYC verification must be completed before winnings can be withdrawn. Please follow the rules below when making a withdrawal:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳200
• Maximum Single Withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Processing time: typically 15 minutes, up to a maximum of 24 hours.
• If you have an active bonus, wagering must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.

Every withdrawal request is reviewed by our security team. Additional documents may be requested for unusual transactions. If fraud is suspected, the withdrawal will be put on hold pending investigation.

Leon's bonus offers are open to all members. However, there are some important rules that apply when using bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable once on first deposit only.
• Wagering: Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (ranging from 5x to 30x). Please read the full details of each offer on the Bonus page.
• Bonus validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• One bonus at a time: Two bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.

All bets placed on leon are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• Leon reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds that are clearly the result of a system error.
• Maximum betting limits vary by sports event and may differ between accounts.
• Any bet linked to match-fixing or suspicious betting patterns will be voided upon detection.
• Leon is not liable for disconnections that occur during live betting.

For cricket betting: if a match is abandoned midway due to rain or any other reason, the result will be determined according to the applicable rules. Full betting rules are available on the bet page.

Bets will be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances:

• If an event does not take place or is postponed.
• Incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• If the match is abandoned by mutual agreement of both teams.
• If the governing body declares the result void.

The stake for a cancelled bet is typically returned to your account within 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Leon:

• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack leon's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

Documents collected for KYC verification are stored solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes, and are processed in full compliance with all security standards.

Leon will not be held responsible for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connection failure.
• Bets placed due to the user's own error.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions).

In the event of any dispute, the maximum compensation is limited to the stake of the bet in question.

An account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• If found to be involved in prohibited activities.
• If registration is completed using false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 24 months).
• At the member's own request.
• Self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.

To close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

Leon believes in responsible gaming. We want betting to always be an enjoyable experience for you. If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, please make use of the tools below:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Block your account for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.

Leon works to ensure maximum platform uptime, but the service may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unexpected issues. In such cases:

• Active live bets are preserved and will be settled once the system is restored.
• Limited compensation may be considered for losses caused by system outages.
• Users will be notified prior to any scheduled maintenance.

Leon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our Customer Support team first. We generally aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Submit a complaint to the Support Team.
2. Our team will investigate within 24–48 hours.
3. If an issue is not resolved at the initial level, it will be escalated to a senior team.
4. A final decision will be communicated within 7 business days.

Leon's decision shall be final and binding in all disputes. The rules and recommendations of international gaming licensing authorities are also followed in such matters.
